The Segway-Ninebot consumers products are very popular worldwide. We have noticed that the spare parts are not very easy to get in Europe and there is no really place that can offer all the spare parts. With citymotion, we have access to all spare parts, unless Ninebot stopped the production and there is no more inventory.
