• Parts and accessories (orders without a scooter): pickup-point delivery €6.90 incl. VAT, free from €79 incl. VAT; home delivery €9.90 incl. VAT, then €4.90 incl. VAT from €79 incl. VAT.
• Free collection from our Saint-Ouen warehouse, by appointment.

Corsica and Europe: home delivery by GLS, priced by weight and shown before you confirm your order.

In-stock products are usually delivered within 24 to 72 hours. Ordering several units of the same product may extend delivery times; we will let you know after your order.

RETURNS:

ONLY ITEMS PURCHASED ON THIS WEBSITE MAY BE RETURNED TO US, UNDER THE FOLLOWING POLICY:

1. All returns must be in resalable condition and include their original packaging and accessories.
2. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend a tracked and insured service; we are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
3. Written approval is always required before returning a product, otherwise the return cannot be accepted.
4. Returns are validated after the store has inspected the products and confirmed they are in their original condition. Allow up to 7 working days.
5. You may return a product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is in perfect original condition.
